Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, based on the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation.
To request a return, buyers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to receive return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
• In original, unworn condition
• Returned with all original packaging
• Free of scratches, damage, or alterations
• The exact item originally shipped
Items showing signs of wear, resizing, stone removal, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for refund.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns to cover inspection, processing, photography, and relisting costs.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for secure, trackable return shipping. For items valued over $300, signature confirmation and insurance are required. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Approved returns must be postmarked within 3 days of return authorization.
Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Final sale items
• Items showing signs of wear or alteration
Authenticity & Stone Protection
All jewelry pieces are carefully inspected, photographed, and documented prior to shipment. Items returned with removed, replaced, or altered stones, or signs of tampering, will not be eligible for refund.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If you have questions about a piece, please reach out before purchasing.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist with a resolution.
